[Talk-GB] FtP daily dump broken

The daily dump of data at Free the Postcode is broken. Both the text
[1] and HTML [2] dumps pages give the following error:

Error code:
2013

Error message:
Lost connection to MySQL server during query

The geocoder and geoRSS feed [3] work, though the progress table [4] is empty.
