[Talk-GB] Motorways, Railways and NPE Maps

Hi All

I've done another motorways and railways rendering, from today's 
planet.osm. The results show that we've got quite a bit more of the 
Scottish railways than before, and some of the English and Welsh missing 
ones have been done too:

On the NPE Map front, we now have almost complete coverage of Scotland 
(we're just missing the odd few grid squares near some map joins/folds). 
Hopefully that'll help with the Scottish OSM progress. If you'd been 
holding off adding Scottish postcodes until we finished the coverage, 
now's your chance :)
