There's some London Boroughs missing I think, I can't see the Royal
Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, or the London Borough of
Hammersmith and Fulham, City of Westminster, and the City of London.
Maybe more I haven't checked. Either that or it's reorganised them
somehow.
