[Talk-GB] Oakham bypass

Driving through Oakham yesterday, and reading the Rutland Mercury  
subsequently, I understand the Oakham bypass - first mapped by OSM -  
is to open tomorrow.

The old A606 through Barleythorpe, Oakham, and out onto the Stamford  
Road is being downgraded to the B640 and the signs are already up. A  
DfT document suggests the old A6003 (Catmos[e] Street) will become the  
short B641, but I couldn't see any signs for this, and unclassified  
would make more sense.

I could make the change myself, but believe Etienne or Andy, as the  
pioneers who (allegedly) mapped this road in top secret conditions,  
should have the honour of changing the attributes!
