I've posted this to the wiki[1].

The accommodation is booked every weekend from April until mid-November, 
although there is possibly a weekend in September available, although it 
could be either of the two weeks on the list. I thought before April 
would be too early so I've added the possible dates in September/November.

This is a difficult thing to ask but the other requirement, apparently, 
is that at least one person using the accommodation has a special need. 
Something like dyslexia, mild autism, arthritis, hip replacement, wooden 
leg, etc, should be cover it. Unfortunately my having a mild form of 
autism wouldn't cover it as I'd be using the staff accommodation. I'll 
see if I can get round this one somehow.
