[Talk-GB] Freemap/Mapnik - latest version

First of all, would like to announce the latest version of Freemap making 
use of Mapnik:

Still experimenting at the moment so coverage is limited to a 100x50km 
area in southern England.
It distinguishes between official rights of way (in red) and unofficial 
(permissive) paths (in magenta) as well as showing SRTM contours and 
attempting to show areas.

A couple of issues remain:

- getting the heights on the contours is likely to be a tricky job.
- areas seem to render inconsistently (see dev post)
