[Talk-GB] Proposed features/Cave

Dear Surveyors/Cartographers/Cavers,
I would ask you to have a look at a feature i have proposed:

There seems to be a consensus to have two tags one for the entrance to
the cave/pothole and one for the cave system itself. i am not a caver
but would be interested on how currently caves are mapped. as it is
not a 2d thing, therefore maybe outside of the scope of this project.
