[Talk-GB] Freemap at home

If anyone is interested in running Freemap at home, the distributed rendering 
client  for free-map.org.uk, it's now more or less ready. Please let me know 
if you are and I can set up an account, prepare the necessary SRTM 
shapefiles,  and give you detailed installation instructions.

Note that in parallel I am also going to attempt live Mapnik rendering of 
Freemap tiles (with caching) on my own server - more news on that when it's 
ready.
