[Talk-GB] Barford Bypass

Richard Fairhurst had spotted that the A429 Barford Bypass just south of
Warwick had just opened (but did not have his GPS on at the time) and
suggested I might like to swing by that way on my way home to Sutton
Coldfield from the Oxford Cartogrpahy day.

Not one to miss out on another "first seen on OSM" opportunity (the last one
being the Oakham Bypass in Rutland) I duly mapped and edited and now its for
all to see on the Osmarender layer at:
