I took a scenic route home which made this road part of the route
(against the oneway flow). Didn't have a camera on me but...

It is a proper oneway road.
There's a road level entrance for bikes at the noentry end, separated
by a small island.
This entrance ramps up onto the pavement where there is a painted
cycle lane (segregated foot path).
At the end of the one way section the cycle path ends three metres
short, leaving you no where to go and blocking your path with the
oneway sign.

oneway=yes
cycleway=opposite_track
cycle_facilities=crap
