[Talk-GB] UK rights of way coverage map

I believe the lucky Scots are allowed to walk in open countryside anywhere they choose, so long as they do it with responsibility. So no need for 'rights of way'

What's the story for Scotland?

It seems distinctly uncovered by any rights of way?
