AFAIK, you can always steal other people's rectified images (if
they're 'Public') and add them to your own account. So for now I think
that people should be able to just start rectifying and we can sort
out combining them from different accounts later. I see Andy's been
adding the rectified maps he's done and naming them as the image
number, e.g. 00634 (http://warper.geothings.net/maps/1300) or 00801 so
if other people do the same, we should reduce duplication of work.
