[Talk-GB] A14 spur -> A1(M) section - confusion over designation

I have reviewed the information on pathetic motorways for the  
Wikipedia article, however that is very much a secondary source. All  
the Wikipedia references I have used for this are primary sources  
except for the photo of the motorway sign heading north which does  
come from that site.

I think it would be a mistake to have different references for each  
carriageway. I also think it is definitively a motorway classification  
and both carriageways should be tagged as such. Calling it the A1(M)  
seems strange when that is what it isn't except on some Navteq  
mapping. If one will accept a long motorway-link for the road in  
question then that seems like a reasonable compromise. Happy to hear  
other views though.
