That'll be great. What I was mainly looking for was guidance on tagging. 
I've not mapped boundaries before, and it would be useful to know what 
the Peter Reed project (needs a name, by the way) is looking for in the 
OSM database. (Not that we should map solely with that in mind, of course!)
