[Talk-GB] Map layer with OS Locator comparison from ITO

The OS Locator tiles produced by ITO don't seem to be updating; for example
this street was updated on July 8th:

but the tiles, even though dated July 10th, haven't picked up the change:
<http://oscompare.raggedred.net/?zoom=18&lat=51.52339&lon=-0.17639&layers=B0TF>

Could you have a look when you get a moment?
