[Talk-GB] National Byway cycle route

I agree and I raised exactly the same question here http://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?id=4141

I changed one of the loops to see if it would work but it was promptly changed back again.

However, I still think that route=ncn is right.

Perhaps we should vote?
