Potlatch's "b" option will place "source=OS OpenData StreetView" (note no underscores) if you have OS SV in the background. I use this as I prefer 1 keystroke to 20 or so.

Ah yes, the recommended tag is
 good. I didn't notice one had been chosen 
(but it is a bit long for my taste). So use 
"source=OS_OpenData_StreetView" for verified buildings. And I will 
probably change to "source=Auto_OS_OpenData_StreetView" for automatic 
tracing in the code.
