I agree: we probably need to put maxspeed=30mph on the dozen roads in
Oxford that don't have a 20mph speed limit :)
Panning around, it looked like there are a huge number of maxspeed
tags missing in Portsmouth (which is mostly 20mph):

Is there someone in Portsmouth who wants to request that every
