[Talk-GB] Itoworld osm analysis

I have a couple of observations reqarding the ITOWorld OSM analysis.
If OS give a street an english and welsh name, and one is missing from OSM,
the analysis assumes the street is missing and gives Welsh Authorities a
lower % completion.
If the OS locator welsh name is incorrect should this be tagged with
not:name or not:name:cy
If not:name 'Wrong welsh name in locator' is used the summary screen at
ITOWorld states
not name (xx found)
'Wrong welsh name'  should be 'English name'
instead of
'Wrong welsh name' should be 'Correct Welsh name'

I hope this makes sense.
