I've been wondering much the same.

Yes, many of the ones I looked at just added his FIXME tag and a strange 
source:maxspeed tag. It mostly just looks like noise to me.

I'm also curious as to what this "UK:nsl_single" source is? Does he have 
some sort of list of roads subject to the NSL?
