[Talk-GB] New British Waterways map; why not use OSM?

Hi folks

Wearing my hat as "Editor, Roads and Transport" for the 'Make a
Difference With Data' project, I have blogged about British Waterways'
proposals for a new, crowd-sourced map of their towpath network,
asking why that can't be done through OSM:
