[Talk-GB] OS Locator 201111 released, musical chairs updated to use it

Hello everybody,

The new OS Locator is out. I've just updated musical chairs. Same drill - for the next few days, the new entries will show up in the "recent relevant updates" view until they get covered up by the normal noise of real edits.
