I have changed "craft|industrial=cider_house" to "craft|industrial=cider"
(and the same for perry).
A "cider house" is a pub that predominantly serves cider, not a producer.
There is no equivalent word to "brewery" for cider. You will often see
"cider producer", "cider maker" (the industry body is the National
Association of Cider Makers), "cider farm" or even "cider brewery", but it
seems simplest to just stick with "cider".
