Yes I immediately wrote that off as "non free" data based on that
paragraph. It's obvious that the plan is just to suck people into using
the data and then sting them with the bill once they rely on it.
Given that they are hardly likely to let us use it.
Most of the rest of what is in there is good, but that particular point
looks like an unfortunate lost opportunity.
