[Talk-GB] Should highway=byway be deprecated?

I have something near to my house marked as byway, but it's only open to motor traffic during the summer - is that still a BOAT? It's currently tagged as a byway, but I suspect it won't be for long <cackles-loudly-and-reaches-for-Potlatch />
