If you do have the time, the single best thing you can do for behaviour like
that is to install Flash Debug Player and see if an alert pops up.
Given that you've said it's happened twice within the same area, my gut
feeling is that it's more likely to be that there's some combination of data
there that is causing P2 to bork, rather than anything that's actually
changed in P2 itself recently.

Installing the Debug Player is also worth a giggle because you can see just
how much Flash out there causes an exception of some sort. ;)
