[Talk-GB] The state of Bristol in OSM

I think we are all in the same boat at the moment :(
The remaining 'problems' around my area are caused by just a couple of users. It 
would be nice to know which way they are going to jump, but I don't see any 
reason why they do not simply 'free up' the block on existing history and then 
walk away if the want to?
