Can you show me an example?
It is true that a way created by an acceptor and subequently edited by a
decliner should *generally* be listed as orange, except if the
decliner's modifications are considered "harmless", in which case it
will be shown in yellow.
A "harmless" modification is
* the deletion of tags or the removal of nodes;
* any change in "source", "created_by", or "note";
* any added tag that is not present any longer in the current version of
the object.
If you find something that does not match these criteria but is still
shown yellow instead of orange, then please report the bug directly to
me instead of telling the rest of the world to "beware". Because that
way it might actually get fixed.
