[Talk-GB] Stiles (and gates) on roads

Having recently started mapping paths, stiles etc I did find this in the documentation for stiles and gates.  There is nothing in barrier=entrance but presumably this isn't an issue for routers.  

A general page on mapping the UK countryside might be useful for new mappers.
