On the other hand, Royal Mail are trialing doing their own GPS surveys of
properties: http://www.royalmail.com/customer-service/pinpoint-positional-data-capture
The cynical amongst us wonder if this is to make the postcode database a
100% Royal Mail product with no danger of it having to be released because
of the opening up of OS data.
