[Talk-GB] Possible Boundary Vandalism Warning

I'm actually actively trying to use OSM to help with a Neighbourhood Plan. We've only just started. Our area just follows the Parish boundaries which are already on OSM so there seems little point in having additional tags/ways. If the area does cover more than one Parish boundary (ours does to the extent that the Parish Council covers more than one Parish and decided to include all of these in the Neighbourhood Plan area) you can always download the OSM data to JOSM edit out the boundaries you don't want and then use Maperative to render the maps you want. This has been my approach to date.
