[Talk-GB] How to reference SotM?

I can reference videos, but not certain times. It would have been really
useful if the videos were split to accommodate each presentation, and then
I would be able to reference Alyss's presentation video, but as it is at
the moment, with 1 video/stream/day I can't see how useful it would be.
