[Talk-GB] Warwickshire County Council releases aerial imagery

I keep thinking it would also be good to have a list of councils & their
relationship with OSM.
e. g.  Warwrickshire County, released imagery, staff attend meetups, get in
touch via OSM user Jonathan for more info/queries.
