[Talk-GB] RFC Mechanical edit: UK Shop Names

It looks like at least one node reverted as a result of the message 
below has been unreverted again:

Maybe I missed the memo about this, but I'm not convinced that shop tags 
doing  the hokey-cokey makes OSM data any more usable :-)
