reference.  Whilst the book itself is out of copyright, I suspect it is 
at least against the spirit of the web site to extract their photograph, 
and whether or not the photograph has a copyright independent of the 
original subject is probably a borderline question.

Probably more importantly, the web site has the whole of GB, not just 
England and Wales, as well as other countries and the world itself.

Unfortunately, the images are JPEG, and not the best or resolution, 
rather than a lossless format more appropriate for a map.
