[Talk-GB] New postcodes

Hi GB mappers,
I've just updated the Office of National Statistics postcode layer, more 
info at http://onspd.raggedred.net/.

While I was doing that I finally got around to using the start date 
that's in that postcode data. Postcodes are sometimes allocated while a 
new development is being built, so a new postcode is a clue to a place 
we need to survey. I've made a map to show where new postcodes are:

Select your area and select the month from the list on the left. I've 
limited the display to zoom 12 or more to keep the strain on the server 
down. This will get updated then next time the ONSPD data is updated, 
probably August.

I hope it's useful, any feedback would be always welcome.
