[Talk-GB] Deleted railway tracks after revert

Hi,

i noticed some railway tracks which has been deleted in this
revert/changeset:

One Example near Glasgow (http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/367792703) on
overpass-turbo:
Before - http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/bzF
After - http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/bzE

Or the whole changeset on achavi (long loading):
http://nrenner.github.io/achavi/?changeset=33890248

Is that correct? Or, any ideas to solve this problem?
