[Talk-GB] [Talk-gb-westmidlands] New St station platform alignments

Sorry should have said input not unput!  I've done just about as much as
I'm able with New St station. I've added notes where stuff is either not
clear or not yet finished. Not all the Grand Central shops have been added.
Please check and see if stuff needs correcting ( the platform outlines and
tracks might be a bit ragged as I concentrated on getting the lifts and
escalators aligned with the concourse above)
