[Talk-GB] UK war office maps of Africa digitised

The export tab http://warper.wmflabs.org/maps/629#Export_tab includes a WMS
link "for JOSM OpenStreetMap Editor"

I haven't tried it yet as my company have firewalled the office with an
https whitelist.
