[Talk-GB] UK Postcode Error Reports

Fantastic tool Robert! I've started  a cleanup in Birmingham using this.
It's amazing the number of typos you can insert in an original edit and QA
tools like this are invaluable in unearthing them. I hope everyone can go
on a postcde error hunt using this tool
