Don't think so but I haven't scanned all the changesets and their
comments... IIRC one was just/mainly splitting roads at strategic points
(bridges, speed limit changes etc) in preparation for tagging changes,
and the other was actually adding maxheight/maxwidth etc. 

I don't think we ever got to a consensus about how to tag
"maxwidth/maxweight except for access" (anything with "destination" is
not sufficient here) and "unsuitable for HGVs". I am sure any serious
HGV router will want to know about this... We are going to have to crack
this nut - preferably before loads of people invent their own way of
tagging these pseudo-restrictions, or, possibly worse still, ignore them
so they are not captured at all.
