[Talk-GB] UK Postcodes

Has the Ordnance Survey Northern Ireland (OSNI) followed the lead regarding 
Open Government Licencing?

Last time I checked the Royal Mail still claimed copyright over postcodes and 
addresses in Northern Ireland.  Something I find totally disgusting.
