[Talk-GB] the steepest residential street in England

North Lane in Bath (
http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/2955824#map=19/51.37754/-2.33364) is very
steep, but only side entrances to houses open onto it, so I'm not sure
whether it counts fully as residential.
