[Talk-GB] Become an OSM UK member before Sunday

Hi all,

In order to vote at the first OSM UK General Meeting you need to be a
member for at least 30 days prior to the meeting.

I have drafted timings in the below thread (to be confirmed by the current
Directors) and this has the deadline as this Sunday.
