That already has an idea about "unsigned names and refs" and at some point I'll add various unsigned road refs in brackets like PROW refs and other combinations (like waterway locks).

On the "there shouldn't be a standard map" question I'm aware of people who think that the "standard" OSM rendering is OSM Carto, the Cycle layer, Facebook, MAPS.ME among others.
