I think it's 13 metres, according to:
https://www.highwaycodeuk.co.uk/vehicle-markings.html (these markings
replaced the old "LONG VEHICLE" plates that were mandated; I presume they
correspond to mentions of "long vehicles" on road signage too).

I wait to be corrected however.
