Wordpress plugins are available to use OSM as a source for slippy maps, for
example https://wordpress.org/plugins/osm
<https://wordpress.org/plugins/osm/#description>/ There are more detail on
the web site http://wp-osm-plugin.hanblog.net/examples/display-gpx-file/ I
do not have personal experience of using it.

I don't know offhand of a way to automatically upload a GPS trace from a
phone to the Wordpress site....but someone else might. Alternatively you
could geotag blog posts or photos to generate a route on the map.
