[Talk-GB] Parcel Post-boxes (again): national roll-out?

We could try and arrive at a consensus now or wait for one to emerge
organically by keeping an eye on trends here:

Personally I'm going to opt for post_box:type=meter;parcel for the few I've
noticed appearing in Leeds.
