[Talk-GB] Recycling Points

I always mapped group of containers as one object.

amenity=recycling
recycling:type=container
recycling:paper=yes
recycling:metal=yes
recycling:batteries=yes

for location with three containers, one for paper,
one for metal, one for batteries

Easier to map, process, resurvey...
