NI has an online map hosted by esri. [1] It's data can be extracted at
[2], but it would be nice to get the data properly.

I've heard that they do intent to publish it, but I've not managed to
confirm that. I tried to contact them in the beginning of September,
but I just got a response saying to contact them at the end of
November. I guess they aren't set up completely yet.

It would be nice to have a relationship with The Circuit where they are
responsible for the list of difibs, ensuring that they are kept up to
standard, and in contact with the operators and the Ambulance Services,
and we are responsible for the Lat Long of each defib. That could mean
getting the ODbL into some official-ish datasets.
